Safety Net (UK) began in 2004 to help support those affected by rape, sexual and domestic abuse in North Cumbria.  Our service was established in response to a recognition that people affected by abuse had nowhere to go for help locally. . We have continued to grow and now cover all of North and West Cumbria.

We employ 13 staff which includes 2 adult therapists, 3 therapists trained to help children and young people and 4 integrated support workers.
